Award winning SoHo based architectural firm Roger Hirsch Architect produce imaginative, functional balanced work. Designs encompass residential and commercial but I think their spatial solutions for apartment living are their forte. The murphy bed solution in the fourth picture is genius. More drool worthy ideas on their website.

holy moly. i need to live there.

Yeah, I loved the Murphy bed, a great solution to a little space. It was Interesting too to see the Dining table idea, one of the girls on Top Design, tried to do a table like that a few weeks ago, it’s great to see it well executed!

now that’s a great house, love the exterior too! concrete – simple yet beautiful.

dark bathrooms, there’s something sexy about black in an interior …

thanks so much for sharing!

Mark, thanks for reminding Jo and I that we don’t get to watch Top Design in our parts of the world (joke). And I agree with you Gaile about black interiors being sexy. I so badly want to paint a room black!!!!

Lollie says:

I want this house!

Erin T says:

I want this house too! I adore the Murphy bed. They’re usually associated with small spaces, but I think they are such a great idea for guests, especially if you don’t have guests often enough to dedicate a whole room to it.
I’m loving the black wall too. With all of that natural light and the pale wood furniture… yum.
