Pernille Vest

Everything Scandinavian is not always white. Things are brooding in the state of Denmark. No not really but stylist Pernille Vest shows that she’s not a one trick pony. Love the dark sophisticated take on classic Scandinavian design (with just enough white thrown in to keep us all happy). Beautiful work!

wow!! the whites look so peaceful.. Makes me want to redo my home.. and change to white!

Very clean and fantastic colourful touches! Lovely post Jo.

I’m loving these. I wish i had known about this blog when i was in the middle of my History of Furniture classes. I’m absolutley loving the mix of modern elements mixed with the historic representation of the furniture. Absolutley amazing.

OMG! These are all stunning, too. I’m O.D.ing on great design 🙂

The dark is so appealing.

love how she uses of dark tones to make a room feel warm and inviting.. it’s really difficult to do, i think.. to use dark colours and not make a room feel claustrophobic.

great post! very inspirational..
