Joanna Moorehouse

When you love what you’re doing it shows in your work. Finnish (and half English) photographer Joanna Moorehouse obviously loves what she does. Her work is refreshing and bright, real and believable. These are rooms that we could walk right into and make ourselves at home. Joanna’s photos make us feel that way and that’s her work done.

Bright, real and believable…I kind of like that sentiment! And, its true here. Although, those white dining room chairs kinda freak
me out a bit.
Thanks.

The white bedroom with just a pop of yellow looks absolutely peaceful and serene. Perfect for napping on a breezy summer day!

wow the white tall chears were so cool! is it possible to know where I can find them..? 🙂 though I guess I probably wont afford them, but oh so cool!

LOVE LOVE LOVE all the use of color in these rooms! How fun is that pink room? I love that they had the courage to make it pink and not back down in the accent colors!

Does anyone know what the light is in the picture with the pale yellow table and bright yellow painting through the doorway? I’m looking for a light just like that? Thanks!

Os. says:

Answer to Stephanie: I believe that is an "Bumling" made by Ateljé Lyktan and designed by Anders Pehrson. A swede from Åhus. Available here: http://www.x.se/7ag3 Good luck!
