Reader’s home

Today I wanted to share with you all a little glimpse into the home of Spanish artist Javier Requejo Fernández. Javier lives in Galicia in the north of Spain and creates sculptures out of wire. His designs are so creative and beautiful (check them out on his website). His house is simple and beautiful as well, with many of his scupltures as decor. (Thank you for sharing your home with us Javier!)

Tanya says:

His places and art…stunning

What an amazing creative retreat. I love it, it’s frugal and fabulous at the same time!

Inspiring. I’ve always loved working with wire. I have yet to make a piece of art exclusively with wire but maybe someday!

Sara says:

Wow, very serene. I looked at his site, amazing work. The blog had even more.

Claudia says:

Oh I see – Javier is conversing with the Wireman! (pic# 7) neat.
Just sticking to the essentials defines the home, the man and his art. Well done!

monika says:

This is not a home, this is a lifestlye. And I am officially envious!

midcenturyjo says:

So great to see Javier’s home. It’s so beautifully simple and elegant just like his wire sculptures. Glad to have a name to the sculptor El loco del diseño from a previous WINK. Cool!

Javier says:

thank you very much for all coments.
a lot of greattings
