Billinkoff Architecture

I stumbled upon the website of architecture firm Billinkoff based out of Manhattan that provides architecture, planning and interior design services. Their modern designs are streamlined and chic and sleek, without being cold and impersonal. Their not-so modern designs excel in their own right and are the coolest cottage-y spaces I’ve seen in a while. I’m in love with it all. And I’m taking notes.

Laura says:

hello shapes! Each of these rooms show beautiful repetition of a particular shape and I am in love with them. It’s so cleverly and tastefully done. Nice job!

Kristen says:

Thanks for sharing! I really love the lines of the outdoor spaces and how the indoors flow outside in the the kitchen picture (4th from top)

Margo says:

These are fantastic! I love that glorious sun room and how it is separate from, yet manages to meld into the dining room/kitchen area in the next frame. This would be heaven to be surrounded by so much light and space, as long as I could hire out the window washing.

Shatha says:

LUV the furniture picks! All my favorite chairs in one post. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Johanna says:

I am wondering where one can buy the multi-hanging-bulb chandelier with the red cords? It’s super fun.

Danke!

KiM says:

Johanna, it looks like the "Ilde Max from DAB" which is VERY expensive. Would be a pretty easy DIY project or something an electrician could whip up for MUCH less.

Oh I love the first room – the rich and warm colours look amazing. I also love the bathroom with the beautiful mosaic tiling! Great find 🙂

Leigha says:

That wall of wood panels (by the fireplace) is stunning. So country but so chic.

Katelynne says:

Dear Jo and Kim,
You have introduced me to the Eames chair, and I can’t stop looking at them! I love them! Thanks for all the great photos and information!

Justin says:

Can anyone tell me what the chair is with the silver legs in the 4th image from the top (of kitchen sink)? It’s the chair in the background facing away form the camera.
