A simple contemporary space within a19th century building in the Plaka at the foot of the Acropolis hill in Athens, Greece. A pure and elegant take on modern in historic by K-studio. The everyday world passes by outside this calm oasis of off whites and wood, smooth and sleek, carefully curated in its simplicity. Old transformed into new.

The simpleness at its finest!

I LIKE THIS PLACE – THE WOODEN FLOOR – NATURAL COLORS – CLEAR SHAPES – SIMPLE AND REALLY GOOD!

Mid Mod Tom says:

Stunning!

Cussot says:

What a charming place — pastel without being fussy, minimal without being stark. Lovely balance.

Annio says:

Does anyone else see the "headboard" in the first photo as looking like a "footboard" complete with toenails?

Susie says:

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Wouldn't change a thing!

Oh my. You know how sometimes a house just resonates with you – this one does that for me. It's getting bookmarked for sure!

Beautiful. Clean and modern, but warm. I love the floors.

TK says:

So nice and clean. Love the lights hanging from wall and ceiling. I am going to steal these for our daughter's and our own bedroom.

Thank you so much for sharing. Had to put it on my blog. Linked to you. I've never thought of myself as a minimalist, but this is totally my guilty pleasure!
