Bold contemporary lines. Floor planes intersected and connected by vertical timber elements. Mass and void, solid and transparent, open and shut and in and out. Luxury open-plan family living perched above Cape Town, South Africa with views to infinity and the infinity edged pool to relax in and enjoy it all. Who else but SAOTA – Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects.

Hang on – I thought I remembered this place – didn't they do one remarkably similar but it was over about 7 levels rather than 3?

I seem to recall being freaked out by lack of pool fencing in the other one as well – yes its divine and gorgeous but not worth risking someone drowning over (or having to shut everything up if someone with kids visited)

Stylizimo says:

Yes, please! I could definitely see myself living there with its fantastic architecture and amazing surroundings..

Annie says:

This takes my breath away. Love.

Melanie says:

WOW.
