We all swooned over Marie Olsson Nylander’s home. I know I am still in deep denial that it is not my home. Deep, deep denial. One day I WILL live there. In the mean time I can lust after her styling work. Marie Olsson Nylander via Harvest Agency.

I was super excited to stumble upon the website of Austin, TX architects Andersson-Wise. Why you may ask? One of their projects just may be my future home (the home before the jump….well, a variation of it anyway, and minus the water view dammit). Their homes are rustic and modern and works of art. Each one a dream. Well, my dream anyway. And how cool is that house lined with wood stacks?  

If you’d like to send me photos to include in next week’s “pets on furniture” post, please ensure your photos follow my basic rules: First, the pet must be on a piece of furniture. And said piece of furniture must be clearly visible in the photo, so it takes center stage rather than your pet. Think of it more of a photo of a great piece of furniture that you want to show off…and your pet happens to be sitting on it. And second, if the photo is dark or fuzzy then it may not make the cut. … in the best way. I love this small atelier designed by Parisian designer extraordinaire Sarah Lavoine. To drown in the deep sea blue yet be bouyed by walls of white and rafts of texture. Petite yet packed with style.
