Light, bright, white

Those three words are synonymous with one style. Scandi style. I’m stalking a lovely light home in Skåne region of Sweden. The house is from the late 1800s, lovingly brought into the present. Simple and stylish. A pretty home set amongst pear trees behind white garden walls. What do I love most? It must be heaven to sit under pear blossom. Heaven. But when I tire of that there are always those amazing grey Douglas fir floors. More here.

So lovely! I love the way the red pillows make that little ledge/window-seat really pop against the white wall. Also, I always wonder where these people keep their stuff?? Everything is so clean and minimalistic. Makes me want to do a closet purge.

Ah, beautiful Skåne! I wish everyone could enjoy Skåne in the summer at some point. Especially in mid June when the Poppy-fields are amazing. Actually you'll have a hard time believing it's Scandinavia because it feels like one is in southern France. Wish you a lovely weekend!

Perfection – i'm pinning every image for my future home inspiration. I can't decide which element is my favourite! The pink hammock between the trees, the mid century dining suite in the all white kitchen, or that fabulous R bookshelf 🙂
