Glebe House Tour 2014 – part 2

Here are some photos of Bob’s outdoor spaces. I could spend hours hanging out in his backyard – it has EVERYTHING. (You’ll see!)

The view from the second floor balcony. 

On the side of the garage is a motorized retractible awning that reaches right to the ivy wall on the opposite side. How awesome – you could sit outside when it’s hot or pouring rain. I adore how the deck is cut out to fit the rocks. 

The sound of this little waterfall was magical. A main reason why I could spend hours out here. 

The stream leads to a pond with goldfish (formerly koi but thanks to racoons they quickly disappeared). 

The fire pit area. I would enjoy plenty of smores there. 

(The neighbour’s newly built house seen above was in the tour last year)

This tiger eye sumac lit up the street. Beautifully landspaced by Bob’s friend (Lisa?).
