Can you buy a house just because of a kitchen and its garden courtyard outlook? I think you can. The rest of the house is nice (I’m sure it looks fab in real life) but it’s the breakfast window seating and that wall of plants clinging to the Sydney sandstone outcrop that has me in a twirl.
