I had to revisit the home of interior designer Caecilia Potter as it is one of my all-time favourite homes we have featured on the blog. A Victorian mansion in Melbourne, Australia, this home is spectacular in its stateliness, architecture, furnishings….everything. It is EVERYTHING. (Photos: Atticus & Milo and The Design Files)

Madly fabulous. I'm nuts about MCM furnishings in a Victorian setting … the unexpected never fails to delight. This beats the uber-composed, all-modern spaces that lack personality.

I'm inspired to try something new and slightly insane in my house! my favorites are the baseboards, vertical bookshelf, contemporary art, and the mix of furniture, pink wallpaper….
