Simply lovely

The serenely beautiful, plant filled house shared by Kim on Sunday (here… swoon) belongs to stylist and art director Liza Giles and her architect husband. It’s easy to see that she worked for Designers Guild for many years. That lovely green, the freshness, the botanicals. I couldn’t help myself. I had to share a little more of her work with Tricia Guild. Simply lovely.

Wow, my plant-loving heart is absolutely loving this home!
I recently did a blog post on how using color can encourage different emotions in different rooms. I was surprised to find a lot of that technique displayed here. For example, in the bedroom green is used. The color green has been proven to help us feel most safe and at rest! (Probably because we pair it with plants / life / water being present, meaning that we're safe).
You can check out my blog post too if you have time!
