Courtyard House

Posted on Thu, 9 Apr 2015 by midcenturyjo

Reinterpreting the historical vernacular of Paddington, Sydney Aileen Sage Architects have turned their new build to focus inwards on a series of courtyard spaces and a rooftop garden. With sliding and folding walls of windows and doors the interior connects with the outdoors allowing flexibility of use. Private, intimate, family oriented, a secret garden, an oasis, a place to close the door and welcome the family with open arms.

The House Cleaning Lady says:

My job is to clean houses, but one day I have enough money I would love to decorate it in this country style. Bathrooms look amazing. The clean vision, the modern chairs and the white walls are perfect match. That type of homes look cozy, modern and are very easy to clean and maintain. Thanks for sharing the pics. They definitely inspire me 🙂
