Serenity. A sense of calm. Of peacefulness. Self-control and poise. An ease of living. A constraint. Carefully curated and cool but not disparate or dull. Imagine living in these rooms. The idea of settling in but not settling for. Home as meditation. By Madrid-based interior designer Luisa Olazabal.

Loving neutrals the way I do, this home checks all the boxes! Absolutely gorgeous!

Interesting home. Like lots of things, but the books are a step too far for me – style over substance.

What a fantastic-looking residence. I think you’ve hit the nail on the head with your assertion of “settling in but not settling for”. There is definitely a quaint, chilled-out vibe to this home and, despite the designer being based in Madrid, I can detect a clear Scandinavian feel with its white colour scheme and abundance of space. Let’s just say I would certainly feel at home in a place like this!
