Stalking leftovers

Hello my name is Jo and I’m a real estate addict. I stalk listings hoping to find the perfect property I can’t afford anyway. Oh well a girl can dream. There is one problem though. I’m fussy. Not quite right, love the bones but ditch the furniture, bad photos, I need more photos please! Can’t quite put my finger on it listings with something that has me nodding “yes”. This week I’ve found my usual old houses with expansive extensions, an artist’s house, a mid century home that needs a new owner and some TLC, houses for sale and those already sold. Click on the photos to go to the listings. Via Domain and realestate.com.au.

What a great post – thank you for an eclectic range of great Aussie properties. Mid century highlights :0)

Beth says:

I tend to be a fan of older homes but that patio in photo number 2 really wows!!

Di says:

love this post for its variety and showing real homes where people actually live. I love seeing how different people interpret spaces. Inspiring.

Cath says:

Mid century stalking – the Frank House – Menora WA. In fact us West Aussies have some real estate worth stalking.

Blanders says:

House 1 certainly seems to have put all of its art collection eggs into one basket.

House 2 is an excellent example of a great interior being created within a building with absolutely no architectural merit.

Houses 4 and 6 are great example of how you can utterly botch a floorplan in Sydney and still sell for millions of dollars. Because sure, having a dressing room that isn't attached to any bedroom and in fact comes off the lounge is a FABULOUS idea… >:(
