Platt Dana Architects

Hope Dana and Kate Platt partnered up in 1999 to create Platt Dana Architects, a firm with a keen eye for modern designs loaded with functionality, as can be seen in their portfolio filled with many incredible New York residences. There are built-in bookshelves in almost every photo - do these ladies ever know how to create great storage in useful places!

i notice that NY homes look a lot like our houses here in Toronto. The layout in these images remind me of our older homes in Riverdale or Downtown/Uptown.

Great use of space and I love how everything looks so functional & practical.

Great images Kim!
