Nate Berkus
Fri, 5 Dec 2008I posted about Nate Berkus ages ago, and I happened upon his website again recently. His portfolio is full of a modern/traditional mix that is comfortable and elegant at the same time. And I adore that black and white carpet. Perfect hit of a bold pattern.

Me and my fiance just moved into an apt together since he just proposed to me with a gorgeous diamond engagement ring and I'm the design fashionista among the two of us.
That rug and the beige sofa would be so chic and perfect in our new place!

I've seen this layout of his house a while back in a few mags, but it really is gorgeous and such a nice remind that you can mix modern with traditional and come out with such a comfy result.
