Stalking on the roof top

Up on the roof watching the world go by. Nothing like a modern penthouse dropped down slap bang on the roof of an old warehouse complex. Up here it's just the birds and no pesky neighbours to right or left. Modern simplicity and a pretty cool art collection. Real estate stalking again. Link here while it lasts.

I love all of the vibrant colours, they are gorgeous. The open plan, inside-outside living is a great idea - fabulous!
Fun home!
Normally I am not a huge fan of "spare" or "modern" but I really like this one for a few reasons. One, the color and the sense of humor that seems to be in the space. Two, the sort of sloppy/cozy brown couch and warm hardwoods running throughout, and three, that view must be bananas so I don't think I would much notice the abundance of white walls as I stared off into the dreamy distance.

Stumbled upon your beautiful getaway. What a dreamy place to retreat from the business of this chaotic society. It reminds me of Germany, where I lived long ago.

I love the orange chairs!!! The funky colors and the whole "cubish" effect of the house is so awesome!!! Maybe instead of cubish I should say angular.

Kind of a cool, funky place. That's a Noguchi coffee table in this picture. I've seen it before in some furniture stores. Now, I don't remember that because I'm some kind of snob. I only remember the name because Johnny Carson used to mention his name all the time.
