Lovely serene spaces! I'm such a porch dweller, as is my entire family; I think it's partly a southern thing. I'll return to this post for inspiration, as we're in the moving process, and I'll be looking for ideas...Thanks for sharing these.

I love porches. There's something so gathering and relaxing about them. This is a must have when I buy a house :).
I must admit that I love porch no matter what , no matter what style or how big it is. I just love it and I'd love to have a house with a porch to sit there in summer sipping cold tea, relaxing reading a book...

I LOVE porches. The front porch sold me on the house I live in now. It's a wrap-around style and in the summer is shaded from the hot west sunsets by big leafy trees. It's wonderful. I love looking at the porch photos in this post---giving me ideas---and just plain dreamy to look at.

What an amazing collection of beautiful and unique porches. I love the variations on pendant lighting / use of lanterns. And how the styles range from traditional to modern to downright cozy.
Hopefully I'll be able to come up with something inspired for my own front porch. Fingers crossed!
Laura, those chairs are from Ikea - several seasons ago. I have 2 white ones. LOVE 'EM! Wish they kept them in production.
Thank you for the porch eye candy! I spent this past Sunday scrubbing down my patio furniture and hosing off my brick patio, and realized I need to majorly spruce things up! These photos gave me some good ideas, and some much needed motivation. :)
I love the variety too. So many great ideas no matter what kind of porch or porch-style you have. Fantastic. Love all the lanterns.
