Martin Gomez Arquitectos

A stone headland rises to meet the sea and sand. Manmade crests waves of pampas grass. In Punta del Este, Uruguay Martin Gomez Arquitectos design beach houses that meet the environment and embrace it. It's modern and it's sexy. It's hot and it's too cool. Thanks to María for sharing these as yet unpublished shots. You'll remember the Tree house from Elle Decoration.

Fake or not, at least there'll be no fighting over who gets to sit in the Eames lounge chair. Plenty to go around.

i like the architecture. alas an architect cannot always determine what a client brings to a house. the furniture placement in the living room is so off - at least two eames too many and speaking of eames, why positioned in every corner, so far apart. just doesn't work!
