Monday's pets on furniture

If you'd like to send us photos to include in next week's "pets on furniture" post, please ensure your photos follow our basic rules: First, the pet must be on a piece of furniture. And said piece of furniture must be clearly visible in the photo, so it takes center stage rather than your pet. Think of it more of a photo of a great piece of furniture that you want to show off...and your pet happens to be sitting on it. And second, the photo must be of decent quality. If it's dark or fuzzy (from a camera phone) then it may not make the cut. Thanks! (Photos, your name, location and a brief description can be sent to desiretoinspirekim@hotmail.com and PLEASE don't send closeups of your pet!)

Meet my 2 year old chihuahua "Conrad" resting on his favorite furniture after a busy day doing nothing.
- Nina (Oslo, Norway)

A perfect dog. French buldog named Cukrus (EN "sugar").
- Evelina

This is our schweenie, Charles Augustus.  He's sitting a 1960's chair that belonged to my grandmother. Believe it or not, it is a pull out that turns into the world's most uncomfortable twin sized bed.  As a chair though, it's great and is one of Charlie's favourite places to chill.
- Kyle (Hamilton, Ontario)

This is Mitchell's favorite chair. From Day 1, he has claimed it as his own.
- Stacy (Pittsburgh)

Here is Bieb chilling on our lounge sofa....
- Marcel

This is our gorgeous Reuben settling in on our 'Aura' throw
- Annie (Brisbane, Australia)

Scout and Bo decided my bed was just the place for a rest as they were tired from their swim... you can see they are experiencing no guilt whatsoever~
Scout used to live downstairs, and immortalized herself by jumping clean through the trellis, leaving a Scooby-Do shaped hole. One crazy dog.
- Tricia (San Rafael, California)

The first place Tricki sat,  was my favorite armchair with a silk throw and a big pillow from Bali..Tricki business!!!
- Mary (Greece)

My photo is of Mia (siamese looking) and her supposed sister Tessy (grey tabby looking) on their favorite giant chair.  Mia is on the top in the photo, although that's normally Tessy's spot - thus the permanently sunken in cushion since Tessy is much, much fatter.
- Emily (Memphis, TN)
Here’s our 1-yo Tibetan Terrier, Lulu, lounging in the sun on a vintage Hollywood Regency fiberglass chair. We live in Brooklyn, New York, but this picture is at the beach on Long Island. She loves it there!
- Jessica
This is Miss Trixie... crashed out after a sunny Sunday morning stroll.  She belongs to my Auntie Cathy of Birmingham, AL.
- Rhonda Kay (Huntsville, AL)

My husband brought home a stray that made himself at home immediately.
- Tia Landreth (Paris Landing, TN)
This is my six year old chihuahua, Chubbi Bunni, from Dallas TX, on my favorite antique chair!
- Donna
