I see the light

I'm fairly certain I've just died and gone to heaven. Quick, SOMEONE PINCH ME. If this were to be my last post on this blog, I can say I went out with a bang. I am talking about the extraordinary photography of Jean-Marc Wullschleger. This man has photographed some of the most memorable homes I've seen during my MANY hours of research for this blog, and may I be so bold as to say they are some of the coolest homes on the planet.

wow, this is most definitely inspirational -

Wow! Lot's of character, taste and intelligence is displayed -not wealth, no mono-chrome, mono-style boredom, and lots of raw and rustic touches... these really are beautiful and livable homes! Great fit for my blog as well. Thanks for another great post!

Cool indeed! Interesting how many of the spaces have a "rustic elegance" going on. Thank you for sharing this!

Omigosh - I love that camouflage sofa in the last pic. You're right, these houses are amazing and the photography perfect.

I love some of the light fixtures in this space - especially the copper one and the skeletal ones in the kitchen (and I LOVE the orange wire leading to them - brilliant detail).

I love this post. The chandelier in the first few photos is awesome. Just a little class in a humble looking abode. So lovely!

oh I want that large pot in the corner in the 5th photo- holy cow that must have taken a big kiln! Very funky spaces.

The last one is pretty cool :-)

Love the images...totally obsessed with the ram in the first photo and the copper lighting is fantastic!!

So fabulously gorgeous... visiting his website is well worth clicking trough! it is one delightful picture after the next. Kim you are a star! What a find!

Love the rustic/modern mix. Note to Georgia: The huge pot in the 5th photo appears to be a coconut pot. They're made from the hollowed trunk of a coconut palm. No kiln necessary and they are awesome. :)

Magnifique! Toutes ces "places" sont superbes et inspirantes...

Wow the spice jars in the kitchen make me happy. And the library with the stairs just makes me swoon!

The art with the two male boxing photos is brilliant. Like how there is a jux in the position of the image.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the first three photos contain layouts inspired from the Greeks? Or is it Mediterranean?

The white wall, white sofa, and white furniture set are perfect and elegant.

What I love the most was the living room design - the one with the books and the ladder. It looks comfy and cozy for someone who is an avid book reader like me.

If it were my living room, I will just have to add some metallic or silver wind chime as an accessory.

YES PLEASE. I'd love to inhabit these spaces.
