A renovated fisherman's cottage

I saw this article online at The Guardian (UK) and was instantly wowed. It's a completely renovated Scottish fisherman's cottage that is so old it was extended in 1809 to fit accommodations. After a major architectural makeover inside and out, and with the use of reclaimed materials and vintage furniture, it's now a funky mix of old and new, rustic and modern. Read more about it here.

This is beautiful, the use of old materials and the contrast between rough and clean: I like it very much. Only the use of pink and mint on the walls I would have avoided, but other than that: wonderful!
