Location, location, location

Never mind the apartment. Look at the view! Seldom use OMG but OMG! OMG the view! I think if I could afford it I'd be hiring a top gun interior designer to help the inside sit sympathetically with the outside. Real estate stalking right on the shores of Sydney Harbour. Kiribilli to be exact. Do you think the bridge noise and pollution would turn you off? I say just pull those double glassed windows closed. Link here while it lasts.

I lived in Sydney on a working visa a few years back. I actually stayed in an apartment in Kirribilli for most of my stay. I must admit, that view never gets old.. I walked past it every day! I can only imagine how fortunate these home owners are to own a piece of it. Absolutely beautiful!!
Seriously, with a view like that...you would have no problems except trying not to stare out a window or door all day.
Brilliant! I would always entertain outside. And read outside. And do anything else I could do outside with that location
What an amazing location - but I agree that the interior needs a bit of work, especially that kitchen!
