Reader's home - Iris' apartment for sale
Back in May of last year we shared with you Iris' apartment in Sweden. Turns out she's selling her completely renovated apartment because she bought a house - that also needs alot of work. Her realtor took some fantastic photos (listing is here) and it looks like Iris tweaked some of her decor since last year. It's amazing - and I'm in love with the flooring! She is going to have no problems selling it. :-)

WOW. This places looks amazing. I honestly wouldn't change a thing about it, it perfectly suits my style. The color choices are great, the contrast between the steel/wood pieces are great. I just love it. Wish I could afford it!
What an amazing apartment. Love the pops of colour and how effortless it all seems.
Wow, great posts today! I love this apartment, everything about it- thanks for sharing!
Loved this! So comfortable... I´m a brazilian but the swedish decorating style really captivated my heart
Oh my, I'm so happy seeing my home here :) A lot of hard work and love went in to making it look as it does today and I love living here. But we are off to a new place to put in a lot more hard work and even more love :) Thank you for sharing my home!
love /Iris
Love this place, very inviting!
Iris, I would love to know more about what you used for back splash in the kitchen! Fabulous place!!
Love the natural whimsy bedroom! All gorgeous!
I love the mod feel of the living room, the dining and kitchen -- but the bedroom? A different vibe that I don't necessarily object to, but it's *elderly*. Certainly not dull, but a real sense of ... 'this is where grandma stayed, after she moved in'. I think it's the combination of dated wallpaper, clock, the standardized size and placement of the pics but most especially, the matching nightstands/lamps combo. Maybe find something in the line of the coffee table, bring some of that successful 'unfinished' feel into the bedroom?
Iris- you have a gorgeous home and I can't wait to see what you do with your new house!
I really like the limited color choices that somehow managed to keep the space from feeling cold or spare. I think it must be the floors- they look great!
And thank you for showing your television wall. I struggle with the TV wall and I've been thinking about hanging it and moving my speakers closer to it, but I didn't think it would look right. Nice work all around. :)
I love the kitchen back splash!
Iris, I'm willing to come and housesit and do all those last minute Realtor showing requests..lol
That kitchen back splash is amazing
Can't wait to see how you renovate your new house.
Iris, you've done an incredible job!
