Douglas Friedman encore

Hot hot hot! Photographer, images and rooms. We've been crushing on Douglas Friedman (via) for years and it's time again to go weak at the knees. Wallpaper, Domino and Elle Décor. Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, and Vanity Fair. You'll see his name everywhere. Master of his game. Top dog or is that top Doug? OK I'm done :)

hey jo, i am very much liking that duck egg blue egg chair and the multiple lantern style lighting. also love a chocolate coloured wall and anyone who can work multiple pigeons into a room deserves for you to have a crush on them - enjoy your long weekend.

Laughing. First at the fun rooms - in a good way - and then, of course, at the birds. If you took giant wooden Fisher-Price people and popped them into these rooms, they would suit the proportions to a T. The dining room with yellow chairs... picture it with Lucky and Sue perched on the chairs, staring at the OTT red decanter. Pan Head stood on an orange bench, glowering out the window in the white hall. White-bunned Grandma and Grandpa sitting on those fat, crystalline chairs under the birds, politely ignoring the naked red dancer.

I love the blue egg chair paired with the picture of the blue dancer -- in fact, I love all the representations of movement Mr. Friedman has caught going on in his photographs.

Jo, the rug in the sitting area of the chocolate room is great! I have to say that my favorite is the room with the pigeons. I'm not a big fan of the furnishings, but the accents are wonderful. The shoe mural, the pigeons, the eight face pictures and the lamps! Top Doug for sure!

Great photos as always! I have a question on one of them...

In the white room with yellow accents, there are two chairs in the lower right that look like they are plexi and perhaps leather.
Anyone know who those are made by? They rock!

That first dining room is amazing. Not sure about the pigeons though, slightly disconcerting!
