Delicious. Divine. Dinesen. A Danish flooring company that sources floor boards that are so beautiful, so perfect that the best in the business must have them in their designs. Think Anoushka Hempel, John Pawson and almost any Scandinavian architect you can name. I stumbled across them when I found the MacDonald Wright Architects website. There, lurking in the links, was a company that puts the wood in my flooring love. Oh bad, bad pun but folks if I could marry a piece of oak or Douglas fir I'd tie the knot with these planks.

OH THANK YOU, I have been tryig to find out about thid type of floors, I would like to sand my douglas fir floors and finish them like this fingers crossed.

Just looking at these pix makes me come over all Zen.... especially that beautiful kitchen with the built in timber seating and the beautiful table... so inspirational, so calm.
Love the simplicity throughout all the spaces. But even though its not shouting busy, it draws attention and respect for the beautiful, bold statements.
Okay I'm officially inspired! All of the pictures you've shared are truly beautiful. Let's put it this way...It's not hard to find furniture and decor to love in this post.
