Pastel confection

Her name is Sophia. She is an artist, she is single but casually dating a couple of guys right now trying to figure out what she wants in a forever man. She loves a cocktail or 2 in the evenings, and loves to curl up with a glass on one of her white sofas with an interior design magazine, and turns the TV on to a rerun of Sex and the City. She has decided to sell her duplex flat situated over the top two floors of this period property in Earl's Court, London because she's bored with this flat and wants a new place to start fresh. Perhaps one with period architectural details, and maybe next door to Mr. Right....or Mr. Wrong. ;) (Details of this Savills-listed flat here and here

Great apartment, but I think she could be a little bolder with her choices in the new place...

I know a New York blogger who lives for pastels, and found her new flatscreen TV to be a jarring note. Luckily, she supports herself via Etsy, and came up with a fitted (in some cases even quilted, I believe) TV cover, which she makes out of vintage materials, allowing the TV to become a design feature that blends into the room. The chalkboard-style artwork over the bed works, though.

I would be uncomfortable as a guest in this house. It looks like a display home. I need something a little more laid back with signs of life.

If she's bored with THIS flat, she's nuts. I'll trade!

The airy fresh minimal feel to the place is enjoyable.
