Stalking Paddington

Once upon a time, in a land far away, a little blogger girl was too busy to play. Her favourite online game that is. Real estate stalking. I have been so swamped with a couple of secret projects that I have no time to waste on the pleasures of virtual gawking and stalking. No time to peep through the virtual net curtains. Thank goodness for people who are just as addicted to the noble pursuit as I. (That's you Andrea.) Look at this lovely bright, white delight in Sydney's Paddington she found for me. Small but very stylish. The courtyard is fab, the dining room cute, the bath just wonderful and the wine cellar (!) crazy. I can never keep wine long enough to cellar but I just might if this terrace house was mine. Link here while it lasts.

That kitchen is absolutely darling. And the subway tile makes it easy to clean up any of the messes that I would inevitably make

Awesome home! The flooring looks wonderful! I just had bamboo hardwood flooring installed the kitchen and dining area! What flooring is that there?

Thank you girls at desiretoinspire for all these wonderful places you show us. I absolutely love this house and the owners taste to furnish it. Again a place where I would love to move in right away.

I love this space inside and out, so stylish and chic. The rooms feel really calm and the black highlights add class. The single chair in the lounge is a real feature, it has a presence of its own yet is perfectly in keeping with the rooms style, it can be all too easy to just buy a matching set of furniture, rather than looking at each corner and seeing if adding a unique piece can really add charm to a room. The large mirrors in dining room really open it up and add heaps of light, in addition to looking great, sometimes art work looks too heavy but a wall still needs 'something' and mirrors fill the void. I also love the outside mirror - great idea.
Thanks for the lovely pics.

Brilliant use of space -- not a centimetre wasted, yet both the interiors and the courtyard feel light and relaxed rather than cramped and awkward. Coming to the last photo I was surprised how large the kitchen is; it's so well hidden in the views from lounge and dining areas.
