A 1400s Tuscan farmhouse gets a modern makeover

Take an ancient stone farmhouse in Tuscany - add some subtle modern additions then furnish it with some art deco style furniture with accents of brass and some glamorous glass light fixtures. Alas, I think that brickwork over the windows is a travesty. Can't imagine how that would look good on the outside anymore than it does on the inside.
