Stalking a warehouse apartment

I'm in my beloved Fitzroy in inner-city Melbourne and I'm stalking warehouse apartments. High ceilings, beams, large steel framed windows. What's not to love? I'm already fantasising about my midlife crisis and the need to escape to hipster heaven. Speaking of middle age hipsters don't miss the video. Link here while it lasts.

Gaaah, I just want to grab my sledgehammer and demolish that stupid store/mezzanine/bathroom area and rebuild it with larger, more logical proportions!

You know, with all the change I have left over after spending $900,000 on purchasing it...

Definitely would not work if you or your guests were noisy sleepers. Also--WHY the tiny kitchen sink? My apartment also has this. It's ridiculous. I dream of replacing it on a daily basis. Otherwise, there's a lot to like here, though.
