Latest from Ashe + Leandro

I have been a huge fan of New York architecture & interior design firm Ashe + Leandro for years (see here and here for the last couple of features) so I thought it time for an update. Here are a couple of their latest projects. I love that they share my obsession of brass fixtures (that kitchen below is so cute!) and that they really just do their own thing, and aren't all about trends.  (Photos: Fran Parente)

Peterhof

I wanted to share another project by Hauvette & Madani that I am totally in love with. I am not really a fan of the colour turquoise but OMG it works really well in this apartment. With lots of black and white to keep it grounded and modern, having the same colour scheme run throughout a small space really helps make it seem larger and keeps a nice flow going. And WHOA - check out the dining room ceiling light fixture. How divine!

Hauvette & Madani

If you loved the apartment I featured yesterday then you are in luck. Here is a sampling from several projects by Samantha Hauvette who helped on that project, and her partner in crime and design, Lucas Madani. The talent of this pair (known as Hauvette & Madani)is impressive, and their designs result in refined, elegant luxury with modern touches to keep things fresh and new.

Sweet dreams

Love this bedroom by New York-based Kwinter & Co. The rug, the nail detail to the headboard, the retro vibe to the furniture and the art. Hang it all I'll just settle for the rug if push came to shove.
