A manor house fit for a queen

Nestled within 66 acres of beautifully manicured gardens and parkland in Tunbridge Wells, England is Hepburn House, a manor befitting a queen. Or a princess. Or a really high-paid actress. The decor is fairly minimal and essentially all white so it frankly is underwhelming but what I can say is that helps to not distract from the glorious details like many fireplaces, panelled walls, incredibly detailed plasterwork, 12' ceilings, massive windows and dark wood floors. The rooms are SO BIG. What a dream home this would be to decorate. You could fit anything anywhere. *SIGH* Another location home available via Shoot Factory

Opulent spaces by Lori Morris

Unparalleled luxury. Opulent elegance. Traditional without boundaries. An avant-garde edge. Extraordinarily dramatic. Toronto-based designer Lori Morris is a force to be reckoned with. I cannot express enough how much I admire her boldness and originality. And her love of obscenely ornate moldings that make me want to cry tears of pure joy.

A Queen Ann period location home

There is something about original detail in period homes (especially in the U.K.) that gets me every time. There is nothing really to write home about with respect to the decor in this home, except maybe the collection of kitchenware, but I mostly wanted to share this home because of the vestibule foyer. LOOK AT THE DETAIL! AND THE SIZE! OH, and the kitchen sink. XOXO Via jj Locations

Victorian modern

When Victorian and modern come together in one home to create something pretty awesome. To be frank, I am so in love with all the woodwork in the old part of the house I could not care less what is going on in the rest. I mean, look at the photo above! AH MAH GAWD!!! Eclectic and very blue

I really have no words for this one. Except someone is obsessed with light blue. And decorative moldings. Via jj Locations
