A little touch of the Irish. Green, a colour much maligned but look again. Fun, offbeat and unexpected. Have a wonderful Paddies Day and don’t drink too much Guinness unless you really have to.

Happy St. Patty’s day everybody! Now where do I start with these photos…once the weather warms up and antique shops are all open I am going hunting for the table in the first pic (with better legs tho’). I LOVE the shade of green (chartreuse?) in the 3rd pic, and great idea painting a tub a wild colour! I always wanted a day bed (whatever you call it) like in the last pic – almost got one from U.O. Love the colours and artwork in that pic too.

I love that nursery. I have the magazine that the photo is in, and I believe I remember reading that it was chalkboard paint?! I love the green on the walls. And the green tub! I meant a guy at the home & garden show that can do that to tubs, in ANY color you want!!!!

Any colour? I’d do hot pink FO SHO. How fab would a hot pink tub be !?!?!?!

Growing up, my mother painted our bathtub (just like that one) in a kelly green. In retrospect, it was pretty darned cool. Wallpaper was kelly green also with symmetric small flowers.

You had a cool mom Pink. Guess it’s one of those “I wish I knew that back then” kind of situations.

Not a huge fan of most greens exceptions, being chartreuse and that really wild 60s/70s acid green the one that makes your teeth ache. Really love this place though. Hope everyone stayed away from the green beer and strange green food.

The green in that pic you linked is AWESOME Jo. Makes me alomost want to repaint my green living room wall. Luckily I have tons of painting to do and don’t need another project.
