Philip Galanes was an entertainment lawyer, Chief Operating Officer for a children’s media company, and is now an author, avid furniture collector and consults on interior design projects. After looking at his portfolio, I think he has finally found his calling.

Amazing pics, especially the one on the bottom left – I want it all from the table to the wallpaper to the art…

Love it all but that Fornasetti screen. OMG I love those. You were worried about the price of an Eames lounge how about the price of Fornasetti furniture!!!

Does anyone know who designs the white dining chairs shown in the 3rd photo down on the right? Thank you in advance!

I’ve come back again to look at those breeze blocks. Much maligned but the pattern is so beautiful. Melanie not sure on the chairs. Vintage I think. Somewhere between a DCM and a Grant Fetherstone Scape or Mitzi dining chair. Not much help I’m sorry.

Melanie – the Prouve standard chairs are similar in shape, not identical but still in production and very attractive – http://www.highbrowfurniture.com/seating/products/prouve_side/
