Stargo is an architecture and interior design firm based in Stockholm. I am taken with their portfolio because of my love for black and white. These spaces are so fresh and inviting. Beautiful use of plants as well.

These are beautiful indeed. It’s interesting that there are very few silver pieces in these rooms. Silver is the perfect companion to black and white rooms because it adds another dimension without distracting from the theme.

Love all the black and white in these images, esp. that unique bed coverlet!

I wonder what the pattern on the coverlet is inspired by? It looks very interesting. Anyone who knows?

kim. says:

Anon – it sort of reminds me of a Greek key pattern.

Happy to see that my design has gone abroad. I can tell what the specific black and white pattern on the bedcoverlet is. It´s a town plan, “Odenplan” in Stockholm. I also design hand tufted wool rugs wth patterns of building plans and city plans.
Hope you continue to like it now tha the “mystery” is gone.
Love from Anne Lindhusen and Stargo in Stockholm
