Real estate stalking again

One of my favourite pastimes is checking real estate websites for houses I can’t afford especially in my home of Brisbane. Here is another magnificent home, this time in Paddington an inner city suburb full of timber and iron houses from the 19th century. 360 degree views, 6 bedrooms, tennis, pool, 1500 bottle wine cellar. I wonder if all that wine is included in the not insignificant price? ($3.3 million AUD so I’d want the wine too.)

OMG 3.3 mil???? That’s crazy. And I thought housing prices here were high. I love the fencing detail around the front door, and the fact that all the moldings inside are painted black. VERY cool.

I was loving the black moldings too! The porch with the (what looks like) corrugated roofing is so friendly looking.

Browsing at Brilliant but very expensive homes is also one of my past times 🙂 I love the black outlines in the hallway and the black countertops. Gorgeous.
