Scandinavian expressions

Stunning images from photographer Birgitta Wolfgang Drejer who specializes in interior and lifestyle photography. Her work featuring regularly in Danish and international shelter magazines as well as her own series of books. Birgitta photographs light so beautifully while conveying the mood of a room. I’m blown away by the Scandinavian style she captures through her lens. Her understanding of the meaning of a space is apparent. Love it all! Don’t miss her snow series in her portfolio. Gorgeous.

LOVE her work…and great minds think alike because I was going to post about her later this week.

This is by far, my favorite!

I love her work, too. The collage I posted at Pink Mohair has the third photo in it – che coincidence!

Oh how I love Scandinavian design! These photographs are mesmerizing. I really love the light purple colour of the carpet in the first two images. I’ve been looking for a carpet for my daughter’s room, and I think I’m going to go for a similar shade, as opposed to the yellow I was going for before. It’s such a serene colour!

Beautiful work! I adore Scandinavian design. Especially these newer interiors that still manage to reflect Gustavian grace, while integrating modern/post-modern elements. Fun!To me, classic Scandinavian style is all about the light, and these photos really capture that! Thanks!

Beautiful images this week ladies 🙂
