Michael Richman

Elegant and sophisticated, timeless and unique. Chicago designer Michael Richman creates rooms that reflect their owner’s style and then shifts it up a notch with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. These are beautiful rooms with a modern take that references the best of the past.

Talk about strange coincidences. I had this post on Michael ready to publish this week when an email pops into my inbox introducing his latest venture R Studio, developed to fill the gap between exclusive high end residential interior design and retail store offerings. Great idea and cool site. Check it out while your lusting after Michael’s high end work.

WOW – I love everything. Huge photographs as artwork, GORGEOUS kitchens….*sigh*.

I like Michael’s design aesthetic a lot! That bathroom with the curvilinear ceiling is fabulous! I’ll be checking him out some more for sure! Thanks for the lovely post!

The round table with wooden chairs in the top photo are on my wish list.
I like the different mix of objects, colours and styles.

I love everything in here, especially the grid chair. I see them everywhere is it the new a la mode?

Can anyone tell me what is the fantastic picture that is large, vertical, and framed as shown in the first picture and the third last photo of? Is it a shot of the interiors in the Galleries Lafayette in Paris?

Oversized framed photos are amazing!
