Down at the end of the garden …

… is a very special place. Where fantasy and folly meet greenery and stone. Old sits with new made old and cool breezes ruffle scented foliage. In the heat of the day blue water beckons and secret garden rooms are filled with forgotten treasures. Michael Trapp travels the world to find antiques and architectural fragments to weave his magic at the bottom of a very special garden.

What a wonderful and tantalizing garden! I would love to have a corner in my yard looking like that. It looks like a wonderful spot to relax in. Having breathtaking landscaping is on my dream list, along with a log home and a trail-riding horse ranch 🙂

It looks alot like the pictures in my mind for my own backyard, only not so grand. I am inspired to definitely think on a grander scale! : D

I love plants and flowers, I worked as a florist, but this is so shocking, so beautiful, It is so hard to plan a big, nice garden like this. I am totally shocked.

Mary says:

It IS beautiful but slightly creepy–like is that a cat skeleton on the table of the little garden house?

Thank you for building MY Dream….inspired, beautiful, romantic, devastatingly breathtaking, timeless, limitless, abounding with peace. Magnificent job on the architecture, accoutrements and for the exquisite photography. I know NOW what it means to dream.

I want a hot pot of dark coffee, a great book, and a cool morning to sit in that window seat and read and sip.

What a stunningly old world garden and design. Loved every single detail. What imagined history he created.
