Vitor Penha

What is it about Brazilian design that makes it so hot?! It’s bold and brash, brave and beautiful. It’s never precious but always fun. This is the portfolio of São Paulo architect Vitor Penha. The texture, the mix of modern and midcentury, wood and brick cheek and jowl with plastic and metal. It looks found and thrown together but it is very clever design. Hot? It sizzles!  P.S. Please design gods may I have that first staircase and that double height wall of steel and glass? Hang it can I just have that first apartment. (Thanks Sandro for the link!)

wow, those are incredible

Very bold, indeed!
And I like the way Vitor located the other stuff to make the design seems alive and suitable for actual living people!

This house is amazing. It has everything that you will need. If I would live here, I will never go out of this place.
