Dream space

Welcome to the oh so chic showroom and offices of Julia Buckingham Edelmann of Buckingham ID in Chicago. When Julia sent over photos recently I was green with envy. Never mind working here I’d move in and call it home. I love the stark white industrial meets sophisticated urban living vibe. Please interior design gods grant me that chandelier, the sculptures, the lucite chairs, Julia’s office and the conference table and chairs. Congratulations on a fabulous space Julia!

Caroline says:

Very cool space. Love the conference table and art work!!!

That space is insane. Work space and a showroom!!!!!! Although I too would love the see some call out about where they got the pieces.

RandomIntent says:

OMG! I want to start a business just so I can work in an office space like that!

Thank you for all the accolades! And, I especially love the idea of sharing a little "sumpin sumpin" with you all in terms of my vision (I dreamnt of this space for many a night and had a few tosses and turns in the process) and sources for all of us designophiles- aka "design obsessed individuals."
Feel free to email me at julia@buckinghamID.com to learn more. Toss out your questions and we will provide!
Hey Nat, the illustration on the Eames chair is by Mike Perry, an illustrator in NYC that I represent in the US. Let me know if you want more dets. I just like to stare at that chair…..
Bring it on!
Best,
J

I am in LOVE! This space is gorgeous!!!!!!! The Red chandelier feeding off the lucite table and then the design on the bolsters on the couch to tie it all in is absolutely subtle yet stunning!

The conference table with the great quirky design on those Eames! Then a wheel barrel chandelier! Great! So unexpected yet so cohesive!

The tones used are just right up my alley!!

It’s a feast for the eyes!!

May I work for you????????

Guilhem says:

The re-design of eames chairs is just great!
