Sydney stalking

It has been hard to find houses to real estate stalk lately. The Australian house market has stalled and everyone is waiting with baited breath to see what happens next. It’s not so much real estate stalking but real estate skimming, flicking from page to page and never stopping to stare through the virtual windows. Today’s house is a very sophisticated, inner city pad. I’m imagining a stylish gentleman of a certain age with a successful career perhaps in a creative industry, many friends but no one special in his life or should that be no one person. He is an epicurian, a bon vivant, well travelled and always in demand. His dinner parties are legendary but alas he has so little time to relax these days. OK this is getting freaky. I feel I really am stalking the owner. Back to the house! Enjoy!

I would love to see the floor plan for this house…I like the open area that allows the natural light to shine in

Jo, I love your character description, freaky as it was. Love the house too!

Which is all code for "as gay as the night is long"… but for the presence of so many artworks featuring naked ladies.

I counted at least three, and frankly that’s starting to get creepy.

Heather says:

I’ll take the ladies down and move in it really is very well done!

Michelle says:

What a gorgeous home, so lush and luxurious! But I loooooved your character sketch of the owner.

Definitely the kind of man that those less abundant would love to sink their teeth into, if only he weren’t so slick, sleek and slippery!

Adam says:

Wow this place is perfect. I love the artwork and the furniture. I think your description of this person is dead on

Kate says:

Not to get to picky, but I only see ONE naked lady, from 3 different angles- am I missing the others?

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside its like a whole other world! It looks huge, but could just be the photography – beautiful though!

sabrina says:

Counted six naked ladies.

1. the large painting in lounge
2. torso in lounge
3 and 4. the small sculptures in the kitchen
5. bent over sculpture in bathroom
6. sculpture on vanity in bathroom

who know how many more there are in the rest of the house!

Beautiful colour palette and comfortable house

Elizabeth says:

Interesting home, but there could be a couple living there. I mean I wouldn’t mind my tall dark and handsome drawing me naked in full size… though I ‘m not sure about displaying it in the living room… then again its my house. Kind of romantic don’t you think? in a sexy sort of way?… I’m just saying 🙂
Thank you for sharing your discovery in real estate stalking !

Elizabeth, New Zealand.
