I know this one! I know this one! I lusted after it when I saw it in Inside Out quite some time ago. I want this one! I want this one! Sold unfortunately. (Who am I kidding? I could never afford Paddington, Sydney prices!) The house is just fab but I’m really in a splash about that pool in the courtyard. Find it here while the link lasts.

Ohhh, dont I wish I lived in a climate where such a house could be lived in with open windows and doors year round. Not that Toronto is cold all the time, but you know what I mean. Love this house xo

I also luv luv luv the openness. I find it interesting that they put the sofa in front of the fireplace. I guess you don't need to use it much and the room is long and narrow. Luv the carpet in that room too. Actually, I luv it all.

wow that home is gorgeous – i love the way it all opens up to the sky in the middle of the house, then continues on towards the garden with more rooms!

Amazing. Love a Jasper Morrison stool. And the fact that it's in Paddo (my old hood!) is the icing on the cake! PS I can hear my (Architect) hubby now: "That stair is non-complient…"
