Tom Ferguson Architecture & Design

Posted on Mon, 14 Mar 2011 by midcenturyjo

Shortlisted for the Australian Interior Design Awards in the interior decoration category is this Pearl Beach house by Tom Ferguson (TFAD). It’s easy to see why. Extensive renovations to this 60s beach house have created a too cool, old school pad. Love the expanses of white juxtaposed with timber walls, the combination of mid century classics and beach shack hand me downs,  the walls of glass and of course that fireplace. Simplicity and style. The perfect combination.

Stunning! The homes you feature on your site are incredible. I love each and every one and look forward every day to seeing what will be featured next.

*sigh* That's really beautiful. The pictures look more like a home that's been lived in than most of the other pictures… How come? And how come I don't live there? ^^

What a cool place! I love the little tabletop vignette with the table lamp and creepy little figurines.

I love small homes such as bungalows and cottages and just about everything in between.
Although I love these types of homes…honestly, I could live in this house.
It is very pretty.
