First admired on Remodelista (still my number one go to blog) this elegant space saving loft bed solution by Jordan Parnass Digital Architecture is only surpassed by the actual project. The loft bed image led me to this bijou studio/workspace that is not only beautiful in its simplicity but inspiring in its spatial solutions to small scale living. Brilliant. (Those ingenious stairs remind me a little of these.)
Where is the dining area?
I could so live there. Love the drawer steps.
I really like this/small living spaces very much. Lovely & smart.
p.s. Cara ~ It's in the third drawer. 🙂
those drawers/stairs are fantastic. i love that, form and function to max. and i love the tile work in the bathroom, and so much of the storage is build into the wall. just such a beautiful and smart use of space.
btw, desiretoinspire is my #1 go to, remodelista #2.
I love the whole look of this place, the storage in the stairs is really great.
But… if you ever went on a bender, would be dangerous the next morning.
I could just see rolling off the bed, and ending at the bottom of the stairs.
Great look again, but you also have to think safety. or is it just me.

Making that bed must be a headache…
amazing. i'd like to see some color, but it is pretty fantastic.
Love this small house. Clever
Good space for singles only
The loft space is brilliantly executed especially with the stairs doubling as drawers.
The space appears larger probably with the white walls, wood and tile repeated in all rooms. I'm not sure about the mirror in the living area reflecting the bed in the loft, though.
Otherwise, the bathroom and the kitchen are efficient and luxurious at the same time. This kind of reminds me of our condo but with a bedroom instead of the loft. Great use of space by the architect. I keep going back to look at the photographs. Stunning.
