Clean lined and modern. Fresh and young. Stylish but not precious. Wonderful new Australian homes by Mim Design. One a light and bright family home. The other a more brooding and sophisticated space. Sexy. Definitely not stuffy. (I’m seriously enamoured of the second bathroom. Elegant and serene.)

Great details! love the second house with the glass house kitchen! the first house is a bit too "Ikea" for me but I love how the TV has been worked into the wall composition.
