It’s no secret that I like old houses. Old weatherboard houses with verandahs and tongue and groove walls tick my boxes particularly. Throw in a corrugated iron roof, a fabulous garden, dark timber floors and a sympathetic modern extension and I would be signing a contract quick smart.
