A peek at a Romanian home

Marius sent us a link to a post on Sinziana’s blog Visuell that I had to share a little bit of. It’s the absolutely dreamy home of Anda Roman, who owns an incredible home furnishings shop in Bucharest, Romania. Sinziana was fortunate to get a personal tour of the home and took some stunning photos. Here is just a peek. Check out her blog post for lots more.

Love the mirrors in the last photo

It's minimalist, without being too stark, which I love. I'm not a "stuff" person. I love the dark wall in the kitchen, paired with the black fridge. I don't know where they keep anything since the cabinets seem to be minimal, but maybe they don't cook much. I would love to get rid of my upper cabinets, but we cook and bake a lot, so we have lots of supplies and I need a place to store everything!

that dining table & the bedside lamp are particularly beautiful!

PoorZebra says:

I do hope that is not a real zebra head up on the wall – it looks suspiciously real to me. That shows having no style at all.

oregonbird says:

It's baroque. It's very baroque. I think I love the table most of all.

Eftychia says:

I love this site!

Zuley says:

All the wood work. Just wonderful.
